Washington: Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and his girlfriend Lauren Sanchez are now engaged, almost five years after they went public about their relationship in 2019. The couple started dating each other in 2018. Rumours of their wedding have been doing rounds ever since Sanchez, , a former broadcast journalist and now philanthropist, was spotted with a massive heart-shaped ring.
Currently, the couple is in Fance for the Cannes Film Festival, attending the star-studded party circuit. They were pictured looking loved-up aboard his superyacht at the weekend at Cannes during their Mediterranean odyssey. They recently attended the “Killers of the Flower Moon” premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
Bezos proposed to Sanchez on board his $500million superyacht, as per the reports.
Though the couple have been dating for years now, they managed a low profile until his divorce with his wife MacKenzie Scott was finalised. MacKenzie and Bezos were married for 25 years and share four children.
